Terms of payment

1. The reservation is guaranteed upon prepayment of 100% of the value of the envelope up to 3 working days after receiving confirmation from the restaurant.
2. Payments can be made using one of following methods::
   • With a bank card via the MyPOS.com payment system – payment is protected by 3D Secure.
   • Bank transfer:

     Basis for payment: Full name of the guest according to the reservation.

Cancellation terms

• Free cancellation of a paid reservation until 10.12.2022 – full refund the amount paid.
• In case of cancellation of a paid reservation in the period 11.12.2022 – 20.12.2022, LEONARDO Restaurant retains 50% of the value of the payment as a penalty.
• In case of cancellation of a paid reservation after 20.12.2022, LEONARDO Restaurant retains 100% of the value of the payment as a penalty.
• Cancellation requests are accepted only in writing.
  Upon confirmation by the restaurant, the guest sends their names and bank account number to the following email address info@leonardobansko.com for a refund.
